Garam Masala Mayo

Ingredients

¾ tsp Indi Garam Masala

2 Egg yolks

1 tbsp Lemon juice

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp Grapeseed oil

Kosher salt, to taste

1.       In a bowl add egg yolks, lemon juice and Dijon and mustard.

2.       Slowly drizzle in grapeseed oil whisking continuously to emulsify the oil and the egg yolks. Mix until incorporated, about 1-3 minutes.

3.       Add garam masala and mix well. Add salt to taste.

4.       Store in a squeeze bottle and refrigerate for up to 5 days. #MadLove
